CM Funding Corp is a privately owned mortgage banking firm originating commercial real estate loans nationwide. We are currently funding term loans for our own portfolio up to $2 million and up to $30 million on bridge loans. We also underwrite term loans up to $50 million through contractual correspondent agreements.

Our diversified loan products allow us to fund the refinance and purchase of most property types and most credit profiles. We specialize in stated documentation loans, hard to finance property types and high loan to value ratios.
